Howard University invites you to join us on Thursday, April 24th, 2025, and Friday, April 25th, 2025 for the oral and poster presentations given by our students, faculty, and research staff.
Overview and Responsibilities
- Moderators are responsible for keeping time and moderating the question & answer session.
- Moderators will notify the presenters (using provided signage) when they have 5 minutes remaining and when the 10-minute time limit is up.
- Moderators are also responsible for ensuring that questions and responses are kept brief.
- Each session will comprise a panel of 4/5 presentations, 2 or 3 judges and a moderator.
- Each presenter will have 10 minutes to present their research, followed by 3 minutes of questions and answers.
- A total session will run for approximately 60 minutes.
